Terms and conditions

Our general terms and conditions are applicable to all the activities of our company.
Services of any nature whatsoever related to the handling and distribution of goods are subject to the General Logistic Conditions registered with the Clerk of the Court’s Office of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Antwerp on the 9th October 2015.

All forwarding operations shall be performed under the terms of the Belgian Freight Forwarders Standard Trading Conditions 2024.

For stevedoring activities, within the framework of maritime transport, the ABAS-KVBG conditions always apply, including a waiver of recourse as per article 9.

Please be advised that no cargo insurance for the risks related to the shipment, the transport, the handling or the storage of the goods will be subscribed without written permission and therefore all activities as indicated in offers made are performed at your risk and danger.
